ATHLETE CATEGORY REGISTRATION 2025-2026-DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS

Successful students at the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly in the category of Athletes, who have completed the electronic registration application on the relevant platform of the Ministry of Education, are requested to submit the following supporting documents:

• A signed copy of their electronic registration application (which serves as a solemn declaration within the meaning and consequences of Law 1599/1986 (A'75).
• Clear photocopy of the police ID card (2 sides)
• Social Security Number (AMKA) certificate (from http://www.amka.gr/amkagr)
• Photocopy of High School Graduation Certificate
• 1 ID photo (black and white or color)
• Printed on Responsible Statement for the Foreign Language which they will choose to attend (English or French)
• Printed and signed the personal data processing information statement

Interested students can come to the Department Secretariat (Panepistimiou 3, Biopolis, 2nd floor) from 30/10/2025 to 04/11/2025 (12:00-14:00)
