The Student Selection Committee of P.M.S. draws up an evaluation table of the candidates, in which all the candidates are included in order of success and the successful ones are shown. The table is then forwarded to the Coordinating Committee for review and submission to the Assembly of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly for approval. In the event that two or more candidates accumulate the same number of credits, all those with equal grades are accepted.
The successful candidates are invited to respond in writing (electronically or by fax) within seven (7) days whether or not they accept their inclusion in the P.M.S. accepting its terms of operation. The non-response from a selected candidate within the above deadline is equivalent to a refusal to accept the position at the P.M.S. If there are negative answers, the Selection Committee of the P.M.S. informs the next in line of evaluation from the relevant table.
Objection against the success tables can be made within five (5) days from the announcement of the results. The objection, which must be specific, is finally judged by the Assembly of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly.
