ANNOUNCEMENT 

Students who have completed their academic obligations and will participate in the swearing-in ceremony July 2026 (there will be a new announcement for the exact date and time of the ceremony), to submit in person to the Secretariat or send to the email address gmed-foititika@uth.gr, from 29/06/2026 to 12/07/2026, the supporting documents for the oath (pdf), as stated on the Department's website https://med.uth.gr/proptyxiaka/orkomosia/

1. Application for participation in the oath-taking
2. Application for the issuance of copies of diplomas, papyrus – Form 1
3. Proof of deposit of money for the issuance of a papyrus
4. Application for a certificate of completion of studies
5. Liaison Office Application (electronic only)
6. Update on the processing of graduate personal data
7. BORO Questionnaire (will be available later with a later update)
8. Certificate of non-debt from the library (will be requested centrally by the Secretariat)
