Students who have completed their academic obligations and will participate in the swearing-in ceremony Νοεμβρίου 2026 (θα υπάρξει νέα ανακοίνωση για την  ακριβή ημερομηνία και ώρα της τελετής), να καταθέσουν αυτοπροσώπως στη Γραμματεία είτε να αποστείλουν στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση gmed-foititika@uth.gr, from 02/10/2026 έως 11/10/2026, τα δικαιολογητικά της ορκωμοσίας όπως αναφέρονται στην ιστοσελίδα του Τμήματος https://med.uth.gr/proptyxiaka/orkomosia/

1. Application for participation in the oath-taking
2. Application for the issuance of copies of diplomas, papyrus – Form 1
3. Proof of deposit of money for the issuance of a papyrus
4. Application for a certificate of completion of studies
5. Αίτηση Γραφείου Διασύνδεσης (μόνο ηλεκτρονικά)
6. Update on the processing of graduate personal data
7. BORO Questionnaire (will be available later with a later update)
8. Certificate of non-debt from the library (will be requested centrally by the Secretariat)
