1. METHOD AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The submission of applications and other supporting documents will be done exclusively online at the address electronic mail of the Secretariat of the Department of Medicine (g-med@med.uth.gr), with notification to the email address rc.gr.project@uth.gr until Monday, January 5, 2026, 1:00 p.m. and will receive a protocol number from the Secretariat of the Department of Medicine.

Interested parties who wish to submit additional documents or newer information to strengthen their candidacy, they must do so using the same methodology and method of filing as above.

Replacement of the application or correction or completion thereof with any missing supporting documents only allowed until the deadline for submitting applications.

If the candidacy is submitted in any way and by any means after the above date and time, it will be considered late and will not be evaluated.

Attention: We kindly ask that the names of the files to be sent be saved in Latin characters and without punctuation marks, so that they can be compressed without problems in the Secretariat's program.
