Invitation to participate in the U.S. Embassy Program in Athens entitled “AMBASSADORS FUND FOR SUMMER WORK TRAVEL (SWT) SCHOLARSHIP” for the summer of 2025
The Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports informs the academic community about the U.S. Embassy Program in Athens entitled «"Ambassadors Fund for Summer Work Travel (SWT) Scholarship"» for the summer of 2025, which is aimed at Greek students interested in working in the U.S. during the summer months.
This program offers ten (10) scholarships to students of Greek Higher Education Institutions who are interested in working during the summer (up to 4 months), in seasonal jobs where they will have the opportunity to socialize with their counterparts from America and around the world. The "SWT" scholarship program is implemented within the framework of "BridgeUSA" of the U.S. Department of State in collaboration with the American organization "Greenheart International" and covers, for those who are selected, the airfare to the U.S. (round trip), the program tuition, the program participation costs, visa costs and health insurance.
