The Elena Iliopoulou Giamas Foundation – Research & Scholarships for Cancer Treatment and Prevention invites PhD Candidates conducting their doctoral dissertation in the field of cancer to apply for the Foundation's new scholarship program.
The Foundation aims to provide scholarships to doctoral students who conduct research on the treatment and prevention of all forms of cancer, but do not have the financial means to carry it out, for the full duration of their studies.
Candidates are invited to complete and submit the application form and the required supporting documents, from the corresponding page on the Foundation’s website (https://eig-foundation.com/el/scholarship-application-form-2/). If selected, they are examined by members of the Trustees’ Committee and the Scientific Committee of the Foundation. The final decision on the award of the scholarship will be announced when the two Committees arrive at the most suitable scholarship recipient, based on the Foundation’s criteria.
