TRAYMA OF THE MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM
Start of classes Monday 4.3.2024

We inform you that the start of the course "Wound of the Musculoskeletal System» (8^The ex.), lectures and exercises, will take place on Monday, March 4, 2024

The course deliveries are mandatory (with the right of 2 absences) and are held every Monday and time 13:00-14:30. in the PGNL auditorium, on the ground floor of the University Hospital.

For the clinical exercises in Orthopedics courses (DISEASES and TRAUMA), we remind you that student obligations include

• one (1) mandatory attendance at the clinic per semester (maximum number of students: 4),
• one (1) compulsory attendance at the clinical courses per year (maximum number of students: 4),
• one (1) mandatory attendance at the Outpatient Clinics (E.I.) per semester (maximum number of students: 4),
• one (1)-two (2) mandatory attendances at the emergency department (ED) per semester, a total of 3 mandatory attendances at the emergency department per year (maximum number of students at the emergency department: 4),
• a (1) mandatory presence in the operating room every semester, in consultation with the responsible faculty member.

• The clinical practice and surgery groups remain the same as in the winter semester.
• The number of clinical exercise groups does not change, except by mutual change, for which the orthopedic clinic secretariat must be notified by email ortho-uth@uth.gr
• Attendance at exercises/in-clinic courses is confirmed by the signature of the faculty member or NHS supervisor who is responsible for each exercise ONLY on the special business card and ONLY on the day of the exercise. Signatures from specialists They will NOT be accepted and the exercise will be repeated.

• Post-educational seminars

In addition to attending the lectures and clinical exercises, it is mandatory to attend the afternoon post-educational seminars (4.00pm-8.00pm) and the awarding of honorary doctorates organized by the Orthopedic Clinic on regular dates, of which you will be informed in good time.

• Other clarifications

• The students who will attend the course, please REGISTER IN THE ECLASS OF THE COURSE, to receive the relevant announcements and updates. In your eclass application you must specify that you are 8 students^u ex (or 4^u year) or older semester you will take the course, or student you owe the course to.
• Students who had not registered for the course of the winter term are requested. Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and will attend the course of the spring ex. TRAUMA of the Musculoskeletal system to declare it in the mail ortho-uth@uth.gr, to join a clinical practice group.
• Finally, for all issues/questions/questions that arise and concern your study at the Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Thessaly, please send mail in the ortho-uth@uth.gr
