Students whose application for transfer to the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly has been approved are requested to submit the supporting documents mentioned in their electronic transfer application, in order for the required check to be carried out by the Secretariat of the Department of Medicine.

Interested students should come to the Department Secretariat (Panepistimiou 3, Biopolis, 2nd floor) from Thursday, December 12 to Tuesday, December 17, 2024 (12:00-14:00), in order to submit:

• A signed copy of their electronic transfer application (which serves as a solemn declaration within the meaning and consequences of Law 1599/1986 (A'75).
• The necessary supporting documents listed in their online application and the successful candidates committed to submitting them, in order to be checked.
• Clear photocopy of the police ID card (2 sides)
• Social Security Number (AMKA) certificate (from http://www.amka.gr/amkagr)
• Photocopy of High School Graduation Certificate
• 1 ID photo (black and white or color)
• Printed Declaration of the Foreign Language they will choose to study (English or French)
• Printed and signed personal data processing information statement

Once the Secretariat has completed the review of the submitted supporting documents, successful transfer candidates will be informed so that they can request their deletion from their Department of origin.
