Objective Objectives/Desired Results: The course is a basic elective course and the course material aims to familiarize students with the understanding of the pathophysiology of sports injuries, the basic principles of their treatment, as well as the provision of first aid to athletes after injuries on the field:

A. Targeted lectures

B. Follow-up of surgeries for trauma management after sports injuries.

Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:

  • Has an understanding of the pathophysiology of sports injuries
  • He has knowledge of the basic principles of treating trauma in athletes
  • To provide first aid on the field after injuries to athletes
