Minutes of announcement of candidates

for the nomination of Representatives

of the Clinical Laboratory Section of the Department of Medicine

of the School of Health Sciences of the University of Thessaly

In Larissa, today the 14th^or May, Wednesday at 15:00, the Elections Conducting Body (ODB) for the appointment of representatives of the Clinical Laboratory Sector of the Department of Medicine of the School of Health Sciences of the University of Thessaly, appointed in accordance with the provisions of article 6/Part B of Joint Ministerial Decree 123024/Ζ1/07-10-2022 of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs and the Ministry of State, after taking into account:

a. Article 29 of Law 4957/2022 (Government Gazette 141/21.07.2022) "New Horizons in Higher Education Institutions: Strengthening the quality, functionality and connection of HEIs with society and other provisions".

b. Article 6/Β ́ of 123024/Ζ1/07.10.2022 Joint Ministerial Decree of the Ministers of Education and Religious Affairs and State "Determination of the procedure for appointing single-member bodies of Single-Department Schools, Departments, Sectors and other single-member bodies of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), representatives of members of the Teaching and Research Staff (DEP), Special Educational Staff (EEP), Laboratory Teaching Staff (EDIP), Special Technical Laboratory Staff (ETEP) and students to the collective bodies of HEIs.".

c. The 119929/Ζ1/30.09.2022 circular of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs "Providing clarifications regarding the implementation of the provisions of Law 4957/2022 on the establishment, organization and operation of collective bodies of HEIs and their academic units, the appointment of single-person bodies of HEIs and their academic units and other issues".

d. Article 192 of Law 4823/2021 "Upgrading the school, empowering teachers and other provisions".

e. Ministerial Decision No. 5204/11-11-2021 "Operation of the ZEUS digital ballot box" (B' 5244).

f. No. 2492/28.04.2025 announcement of the President of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly, Professor Th. Karachalios, for the holding of elections for the appointment of representatives of the Teaching and Research Staff (TRP) of the Clinical Laboratory Sector to the Assembly of the Department of Medicine, SEY, University of Thessaly with an annual term from 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2026.
