Student Association of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly "ASCLIPIOS"
The Student Association of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly "ASCLIPIOS" was founded on 1-14-1991. It is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors, which is elected every year. All students of the Department of Medicine, , are entitled to register as members of the Student Association, which operates legally with a statute recognized by the Court of First Instance of Larissa.

HelMSIC – Hellenic Medical Students' International Committee is an independent non-governmental, non-profit, non-political organization of medical students. It was founded in 1958 and today consists of 7 local committees, one in each Medical School of Greece.
