The 1st Regional Conference is organized by the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation on the topic: "Rehabilitation of patients with fragility fractures. From A to Z"«

The purpose of the conference is to introduce the scientific community to and promote collaborations that can improve functionality and improve quality of life through the health services provided to patients with fragility fractures.
Integrated multidisciplinary care involves organizing procedures for rapid surgical management, ortho-geriatric assessment and care, and rehabilitation intervention in the hospital, rehabilitation center, and community. The creation of a registry of elderly patients with fragility fractures is also a very important necessity.

Interdisciplinary and interprofessional care is an important pillar and our acquaintance will provide this added value to the country's health system, which in a special period will improve the health services provided, first to patients with fragility fractures, to all chronic diseases, but ultimately to all patients.
It is with great pleasure that we invite you this year to the 1st Regional Conference of the Hellenic Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation on the topic of "Rehabilitation of patients with fragility fractures", which is organized from November 29 to December 1, 2024, at the Hippocrates Amphitheater of the Medicine building of the University of Thessaly in Larissa.
