STUDIES OR DOCTORAL DISSERTATION OR CLINICAL RESEARCH ABROAD, WITH
CHOICE, IN THE FIELD OF MEDICINE FROM THE INCOME OF THE "LEONIDAS" ENDOWMENT
NIKOLAIDES" (ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025)

The State Scholarship Foundation, considering:
1. the provisions:
a) of AN 1825/1951 "On the establishment of the State Scholarship Foundation" (A' 150);
b) of Law 2158/1993 "Modernization of the State Scholarship Foundation (IKY) and other provisions" (A' 109);
c) of article 59 § 6 Law 3966/2011 "Institutional framework of the Model Experimental Schools, Establishment of the Institute of Educational Policy, Organization of the Institute of Computer Technology and Publications "DIOFANTOS" and other provisions" (A' 118);
d) of article 56 N 4182/2013 "Code of public benefit properties, educational inheritances and other provisions" (A΄ 185);
e) of PD 321/1999 "Organization of the State Scholarship Foundation (A' 306);
f) of 101532/7308/ΒΟΟ11/20.12.2002 of the decision of the Minister of Economy and Finance "Increasing the upper limits of monthly stipends granted from the income of inheritances, legacies and donations in favor of public purposes, carried out by persons other than the state as well as those who under the direct management of the Ministry of Finance';
2. the self-written will of Leonidas Nikolaidis from 1.4.1969 which was published with the no. 5986/23.7.1970 minutes of the Court of First Instance of Athens;
3. the decision No. 3/08-02-2024 of the Board of Directors of the IKY on the subject: "Approval of a notice from the proceeds of the legacy of "Leonidas Nikolaidis" acad. year 2024-2025",
proclaims one (1) scholarship with a choice, to excellent graduates of medical schools, for master's level studies (master's) or doctoral thesis or clinical research abroad, in the field of Medicine, starting from the academic year 2024-2025, from the income of the "Leonidas Nikolaidis" endowment
