Administrative and advisory support for Faculty Members of the Faculties of Medicine and Biochemistry – Biotechnology regarding matters related to the Special Account for Research Funds of the University of Thessaly.

In continuation of the support initiatives for Faculty Members of the Faculties of Health Sciences, and Physical Education & Sport Science, we would like to inform you that as of Thursday 13/09/18 and every Thursday thereafter, two (2) staff members of the Special Account for Research Funds will be present from 12:00 to 16:00 in an office located on the 1st floor of the Annex of the Central Library at the School of Health Sciences in Mezourlo. Their role will be to provide support to Faculty Members of the Faculties of Physical Education & Sport Science, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, and Biochemistry and Biotechnology regarding the following matters related to the project management process:

1. Preparation of annual budgets and budget revisions
2. Requests for prior approval of expenditures and decisions for direct award procedures
3. Expenditure payment requests
4. Nominal lists of employed personnel and contracts
5. Guidance and verification regarding the completion of global time sheets
6. Receipt and dispatch of project files (to and from the Research Fund Secretariat)
