First-year Student Catering

We inform the first-year students of the University of Thessaly that they ned to apply for the free catering services after their electronic registration by the Secretariat, and after their Institutional Account has been activated.

An official announcement will be issued concerning the start of the application submission process for first-year students only.

Communication from the Student Welfare Service

The students of the University of Thessaly submit electronically an Application for the granting of catering service, through the appropriate online platform of the University of Thessaly. (https://merimna.uth.gr), by using the credentials of their institutional account. Applications are submitted before the end of the current academic year, on dates specified by the Student Welfare Office, so that students can receive catering services for the following academic year.
The first-year students submit their application electronically after completing registration and identification at the Faculty Secretariat, obtaining the credentials for their institutional account, and on dates specified by the Student Welfare Service.

Student Restaurants

Free meals are provided to eligible students, upon presentation of their academic ID.

In Larissa:

Central Student Restaurant in Biopolis (At the premises of the School of Health Sciences at Mezourlo, tel: 2410 685505).

Central Student Restaurant in Gaiopolis (At the premises of the former TEI of Thessaly, Larisis-Trikalon ring road, tel: 2410 613611, 684401).

  - Lunch 12:30 – 15:30
  - Dinner 18:30 – 21:30

Auxiliary Student Restaurant(50, Oikonomou ex Oikonomou str., Larissa).

It operates daily and students, who have registered online* (https://hris.uth.gr/feeding/student/) the previous week, for the next, the feeding days and the food they want from the items offered.
