Objective Objectives/Desired Results:

The course is a basic tool for students to gain knowledge and comprehend principles in the module of electrocardiography.

  • The course content focuses on the enhancement of knowledge gained at previous modules, it provides the basis for development, implementation of ideas and problem solutions in a new context related to the discipline.
  • Furthermore, it focuses on the ability of the students to combine knowledge and manage complex issues, as well as to express opinions, linked to the knowledge implementation. In this regard, the course constitutes the basis on top of which the student will be capable of disclosing with clarity their conclusions, as well as the knowledge and the rational based upon they rely on, both in specialized and non-specialized attendees.

Finally, the goal of the course is the comprehension from the students of the importance of specialized knowledge, especially novel knowledge in a distinct scientific field / occupation.

After the course’s successful completion, the student will be capable of:

  • Understanding the theory and principles.
  • Understanding his/her learning field and interconnection with other domains.
  • Distinguishing complex, unpredictable learning environments, which require different approach.
  • Using complex techniques or professional activities, with accountability for the decision making in unpredictable working environments.
  • Analyzing, evaluating and composing novel and sophisticated ideas.
  • Cooperating with his/her fellows as far as topics related to their scientific fields.
