ΘΕΜΑ: «Προκήρυξη θέσης Διευθυντή/τριας Αγγειοχειρουργικής Κλινικής του Τμήματος Ιατρικής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας»

The Director of the Department of Surgery, Professor of General Surgery, Mr. Konstantinos Tepetes, taking into account the provisions of article 55 of Law 4957/2022, article 4 of PART B of KYA 123024/Z1/06-10-2022 of the Ministry of Education & Religious Affairs and of the Ministry of the Territory as well as chapter E of the Circular of the Ministry of Education & Religion with protocol number 119929/Z1/30.09.2022.

THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF ELECTIONS

για την ανάδειξη Διευθυντή/τριας της Αγγειοχειρουργικής Κλινικής του Τομέα Χειρουργικής του Τμήματος Ιατρικής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας

για θητεία τριών (3)ετών, από 26/04/2025 έως 25/04/2028, στις 12 Μαρτίου 2025, ημέρα Τετάρτη, ώρα 10:00 έως 14:00.

Those interested in the position of Director submit their application exclusively electronically at the email address g-tomeasxeirourgikis@uth.gr, έως και την Τετάρτη 19 Φεβρουαρίου 2025. Οι υποψήφιοι μπορούν να παραιτηθούν από την υποψηφιότητα τους το αργότερο δέκα (10) ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία διεξαγωγής της ψηφοφορίας. Η παραίτηση του υποψηφίου γίνεται αποκλειστικά ηλεκτρονικά στη διεύθυνση g-tomeasxeirourgikis@uth.gr, which is addressed to the body to which the nomination is submitted in accordance with the above. Applications for nominations and resignations are recorded by the competent services of A.E.I., so that the date of their submission can be obtained.
Ως Όργανο Διενέργειας Εκλογών (Ο.Δ.Ε.) ορίζεται ο Διευθυντής του Τομέα. Η εκλογή θα πραγματοποιηθεί αποκλειστικά με ηλεκτρονική ψήφο μέσω του Ειδικού Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος («Ψηφιακή Κάλπη ΖΕΥΣ») του Εθνικού Δικτύου Υποδομών Τεχνολογίας και Έρευνας ΑΕ (https://zeus.grnet.gr), με την επιμέλεια του Διευθυντή του Τομέα.
Δικαίωμα υποβολής υποψηφιότητας για τη θέση του Διευθυντή/τριας της Αγγειοχειρουργική έχει κάθε μέλος Δ.Ε.Π. πλήρους απασχόλησης, της βαθμίδας Καθηγητή ή Αναπληρωτή Καθηγητή, που έχει τοποθετηθεί και υπηρετεί στην Αγγειοχειρουργική Κλινική και έχει ίδιο ή συναφές γνωστικό αντικείμενο με αυτό της Κλινικής, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι δεν αποχωρεί από την υπηρεσία κατά τη διάρκεια της προκηρυσσόμενης θητείας. Κατ’ εξαίρεση δύναται να υποβάλει υποψηφιότητα μέλος Δ.Ε.Π. που αποχωρεί από την υπηρεσία κατά τη διάρκεια της προκηρυσσόμενης θητείας εάν είναι το μόνο μέλος Δ.Ε.Π. που υπηρετεί στην Κλινική ή εάν δεν
υπάρχουν άλλες υποψηφιότητες. Η κατοχή θέσης Διευθυντή/τριας Πανεπιστημιακού Διευθυντή δεν είναι ασυμβίβαστη με την κατοχή άλλου αξιώματος μονομελούς οργάνου διοίκησης του Ανώτατου Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος (Α.Ε.Ι.) ή με την ιδιότητα μέλους συλλογικού οργάνου του Α.Ε.Ι.
The Director of the Sector checks whether the candidates meet the eligibility conditions, prepares a single ballot with all the candidates and supervises the conduct of the voting. It extracts the results, announces the elected Director and sends the election minutes to the Rector. The Rector issues a certificate of election, which is posted in the "DIAVGEIA" program.
The Director of the University Clinic is elected by whoever gathers the absolute majority of the valid votes of the members of the electoral body or at least one third (1/3) of the valid votes of the members of the special electoral body, if there is only one candidate . If there is a tie or no candidate has obtained an absolute majority, the vote is repeated on the next working day between the candidates who tied for the first (1st) and second (2nd) places. In case of a new barren election process, it is repeated on the next working day, when the candidate who collects the relative majority of valid votes is elected. If there is a tie, an electronic lottery is conducted using the "ZEUS Digital Ballot" system between the candidates who voted in a tie.
The body of electors for the election of the Director of the University Clinic is made up of:
α) το σύνολο των μελών Δ.Ε.Π. που έχουν τοποθετηθεί και υπηρετούν σε αυτή, εάν η κλινική έχει αυτοδυναμία (δηλ. έχουν τοποθετηθεί και υπηρετούν σε αυτή κατ’ ελάχιστον πέντε (5) μέλη  ΔΕΠ οποιασδήποτε βαθμίδας) κατά τον χρόνο προκήρυξης των εκλογών.
b) all the members of D.E.P. of the academic unit to which the clinic belongs, if the clinic is not self-supporting at the time the elections are announced.
Only faculty members who are suspended or on leave without pay are excluded from the possibility of participating in the election process in accordance with par. 2 of article 40 of Law 4957/2022.
